WHAT IS YOUR INFORMATION USED FOR, AND WHAT IS THE BASIS FOR OUR PROCESSING?

This includes the ongoing improvement of products, services, shopping experiences, and the registration of your preferences to target our discount campaigns and advertising to improve your user experience. Additionally, we process your personal information pursuant to Article 6, Section 1, Paragraph A of the General Data Protection Regulation when you have provided your express consent as a reader of our newsletters or as a customer at our web shop.
  • Providing personal information may be necessary if we are to supply products that you have purchased on our web shop. We cannot supply our products unless you provide us with the required information.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Claire Group uses data processors, including providers of software, web hosting, social and professional backups, security, and storage. Therefore, your personal information will be processed by third parties instructed by Claire Group. These data processors only process your personal information for the specific purposes for which the information has been collected, based on data processing agreements entered into between Claire Group and the data processor. We require all data processors to process your personal information confidentially and in accordance with applicable law. We share information about you with:

  • External auditors.
  • Facebook and Google for providing online advertisements.
  • Public authorities, if this is required by applicable law.

WHEN DO WE TRANSFER PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA?

Some of these data processors, such as Google Analytics by Google LLC and Facebook Inc., are based in the USA. The required guarantees for the transfer of information to the USA have been secured through the certification of the data processor under EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, as stated in Article 45 of the General Data Protection Regulation. Pursuant to the Danish Act on bookkeeping, we store your information for a period of five (5) years from the end of the financial year to which the transaction relates.

Section 1: Ordering and Payment

hustandclaire.com is available 24 hours a day, and you can shop whenever it suits you. However, the online shop may occasionally be temporarily taken offline due to website maintenance. You can only make purchases when the online shop is open and available. To shop on hustandclaire.com, you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit card of a type that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to conclude the purchase.

Section 2: User Guide

Purchasing on hustandclaire.com: Select the desired items and add them to the cart by clicking the "Buy now" or "Add to cart" button for each product. You can edit the contents of the cart until the time of ordering and can therefore continually check the contents and price of the items. Any extra payments for costs such as shipping and debit card fees will not be calculated before you are ready to enter your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, hover the mouse over the cart and click 'Go to checkout.' This displays a detailed overview of the products you have added to the cart, showing the total price, including shipping. To proceed, press 'Continue to checkout,' where you can enter your billing information. It is possible to specify delivery information that is different from the billing information. Next, please select the desired payment method. You can make changes to your cart until you confirm your purchase by clicking 'Confirm and pay,' and your payment is accepted. Your order is then processed by hustandclaire.com. Your payment options include Visa, Dankort, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Maestro.

Section 3: Acknowledgment of Receipt of Order and Order Confirmation

When you order one or more items from hustandclaire.com, you will receive an order confirmation/receipt for your order at the email address you provided during the ordering process. We are not responsible for sold-out items, printing errors, or pricing errors. A binding purchase agreement will only be valid once you have received an order confirmation/receipt from us.

Section 4: Delivery

  • Who will deliver the package? Your package will be shipped with GLS.
  • How much does delivery cost? Delivery is €6.90 at hustandclaire.com, or it's free when you spend more than €120.
  • When will I receive my package? Your package will be shipped within 3-6 business days after the order is placed. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive your invoice at the email address you specified during the ordering process. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Section 5: Returns

You have 14 days to cancel your order. When you shop at hustandclaire.com, you have 14 days to cancel your order. This means you can notify us that you have changed your mind about your purchase and want to return the product to us. The right of cancellation applies from the day you received the goods. If the right of cancellation expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Denmark's Constitution Day, Christmas, or New Year's Day, the deadline will be extended until the next business day. In the case of multiple items ordered together but delivered separately, or items delivered in several batches, the right of cancellation expires upon the receipt of the last item or batch. In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us by means of an unambiguous declaration that you wish to return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. You can use this returns form (Click here) if you want to cancel your purchase. If you wish to return one or more products, you must take the package to the nearest post office. You must pay for the shipping costs. Remember to insure the package when you send it, as it is your responsibility until we receive it. Send your returned items to:

(Please note: we do not accept packages sent via Cash on Delivery/C.O.D.) When returning items, you should make sure that the item/s are securely packaged. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. So keep your postal receipt as well as any Track & Trace number.

IMPORTANT: We expect you to send the item/s as soon as possible after you have informed us of your cancellation. You must send the item/s within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Section 6: Refunds

When we receive an item, we check it, and you will be refunded the amount you paid at the time of purchase. Refunds are always made using the same payment method that you used for your purchase. For example, if you paid with a card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the card you used for the purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: You can forfeit your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This occurs if the product's commercial value is reduced because:

  • You have used the product.
  • The item has been damaged while in your possession.
  • You have handled the item excessively, i.e., more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
  • You did not follow the restrictions of the right of cancellation regarding breaking sealed packaging, item type, etc.

Section 7: Complaints

Your purchases from hustandclaire.com are covered by the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can get your money back if the complaint is warranted, and if the defect was not caused by incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must contact us within a "reasonable time." You must file your complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the problem/defect. Your information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties except in connection with restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Possible disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the data protection legislation currently in force.
